Operating terms

Orders must be finalized at least 14 calendar days before the event or fulfillment date. Rush orders are not accepted. All garments are supplied by Decor8MyLife; customer-supplied artwork is welcome. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a booking. Remaining balance is due before shipping, pickup, delivery, or installation. Balloon pricing includes up to three colors; additional colors and specialty balloons incur quoted charges. Artwork and scope changes require written approval. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date.
